Crispy Cheese Balls
Made with Vijay Gold Akki tari, Crispy Cheese Balls is a crunchy indulgence filled with cheese and seasonings on the inside while being crunchy on the outside.
1 cup Boiled Potato
1cup Processed Cheese
1cup Mozzarella cheese
1/2 tbsp Pepper
Salt for taste
1 tbsp Chaat Masala
1cup of Vijay Gold Akkitari
Mixed Herbs – 1tbsp
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp Corn flour
1 cup Bread Crumbs
Mix boiled potatoes, processed cheese, mozzarella cheese, pepper, herbs and salt.
Cook Akki Tari in 2 cups of water. Add salt. Cook in low flame till you get thick form of dough.
Knead the dough well and make balls.
Add stuffing by flattening balls. Coat the balls with mixture of corn flour and water.
Then coat with bread crumbs for extra crispy texture.
Fry the balls in medium flame till golden brown.
Your tasty crispy cheese balls are ready!!
